Abbotsford Arts Council Executive Director Eileen Stephens believes that Abbotsford can become a regional media hub in future.

The Abbotsford Arts Council, which was established in 1971, aims to be a resource for artists in the Fraser Valley, through events and showcases that engage the community.

In an interview with CIVL, Stephens shared what she believes is a major concern with the City of Abbotsford’s proposed "Culture Plan," some ways the plan can be improved, and her goals for the local arts and culture scene. You can take a look at the proposed culture strategy here
