Randy Bell has been a Smithereen for 25 years. His job in IT has given him ample time to get to know the people (especially business people) in town.

Bell's stance on local politics is that our current council has "wasted time and money spending money on infrastructure we don't need" and wants to see more attention given to our business sector.
