Dave Loewen is looking to represent Abbotsford for a fifth term as city councillor this October.

Born and raised in Abbotsford, Loewen says he has been a witness to the city's significant changes.

Loewen was first elected to back in 2005 and hopes his experience will be a deciding factor come Oct. 15. Ahead of the election, Loewen, who is the chair of the Community, Culture and Environment Advisory Committee among other roles, says he plans on continuing the work he has already done in the city if re-elected.

In a recent interview with CIVL, Loewen spoke about some of the issues affecting the community, including the November 2021 floods and the housing crisis. Learn more about Loewen and his campaign at daveloewen.com before the municipal election on Saturday, Oct. 15.
