New Brunswick Common Front for Social Justice is working to strengthen New Brunswick workers’ rights, one MLA at a time. Their lobbying document outlines several obstacles faced by New Brunswick workers, including low minimum wage, being fired without cause, and pay inequity between people of different gender or race. Common Front’s provincial coordinator Abram Lutes says that as of right now, New Brunswick workers have only one act that protects them, and it’s not doing enough.

Pharmacist Charles Beaver says he gave the last dose himself at the end of the long day, which included some walk-ins. Beaver says that after those 548, the waitlist is much shorter, down to 28 days. He recommends that anyone looking for a dose, whether it be first or second, to register for the waitlist. He even suggests registering for it again if you’re still waiting for an email from them.
