Prince Edward County Council approves acquisition of new road grader and revised tender for the Shire Hall renovation

On Tuesday (August 16th), Prince Edward County Council approved funding for a new road grader and revised tender for the Shire Hall renovation.

The new road grader, which will join the County’s two other road graders, will cost $545,900 and be provided by Brandt Tractor Ltd. It will support the maintenance activities for the 163 kilometer network of loose-top roads in the County.

$338,000 will also be awarded to Jeffrey G Wallans Construction Limited for the revised and rescoped Shire Hall renovation effort, which is scheduled for completion this November.
