Musician Cephas Munga said that his career as a musician has been about 90 per cent trial and error. Munga spoke with CIVL on the difficulties he had to overcome to become a musician.

Slowly, as he was doing things, Munga said he realized that not everything is glitz and glamour and there are a lot of closed doors and not a lot of people want to let you know. Over his 11 years as an artist, he's seen a drastic change in the industry due to new platforms such as Spotify.
