On Tuesday, Cork & Vine developer Kaitlin Corporation held a public information meeting about its housing development in Wellington.

Some highlights that were presented to the public included the fact that new roads connecting over the Millennium Trail will be built for the development. As well, future phases of planning could implement the county’s recently added R4 (higher density) zoning for portions of the development.

Lily and Jennifer, concerned Wellington residents who attended the meeting, shared their concerns with the development and its future impacts on Prince Edward County.
