On today's Viewpoints:

In Revelstoke BC the newly formed municipal council is an all men all white cast! Some worry they might have trouble thinking out of the box.  Should municipalities have to foot the bill to extend water and sewer services to privately owned housing developments? That’s the question Queens council is trying to answer.  The North Preston Community Centre received $120,000 from the Canada Community Revitalization Fund last October to develop a new Afrocentric community hub.  And in Nova Scotia, the white sands and clear blue waters of Carters Beach attract thousands of visitors. Will it stay open to the public or become a natural reserve? Some say shutting down the beach is almost impossible.
