And open fire bans are in effect in most of the province of Québec. Conditions could spark a fire at any time. Sexual assault allegations from two Quebec high schools trigger a call for a provincial framework law. Many other cases reported. This could become a Pandora’s Box. And logging sports wane in some parts of British Columbia, but in Kaslo, they are growing stronger than ever.
