In British Columbia, young students learn to talk about how they feel and the issues they face through the restorative justice program.

A farm located in Frelighsburg, Québec has been working for years to introduce niche organic Asian vegetables. And it works.

In Halifax, the 200 year old Saint Mary’s Cathedral Basilica will get a helping hand as it receives $380,000 in federal funding.  And the unusual journey of Oriane Lee Johnston, a Cortes Island  author who just published The Geography of Belonging, A Love Story. A memoir of her travels between Canada, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

Thanks to our reporters, Sara Gouda in Halifax, Greg Osoba on Cortes Island, British Columbia, Taylor McClure in Knowlton Québec and Morgyn Budden in Terrace, BC. Host and producer Boris Chassagne.
