Vaccinations are being carried out throughout the Greater Campbell River Health Area and Powell River.
Call centres are standing by to book appointments from 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week.
Vaccinations in Campbell River
The Campbell River location has been switched to a covered vaccination clinic set up at the Campbell River hospital. People in the following age groups can book their appointments at 1-833-348-4787.
On Monday, March 22nd, the age limit drops to 78+ for non-indigenous people.
On Tuesday, March 23rd, people 77+ can be vaccinated; on Thursday, March 25th – the limit drops to 76+; as of Saturday, March 27th – 75+.
Vaccinations on Quadra Island
Vaccinations on Quadra Island start Monday March 22nd for Indigenous people aged 65+ and non-Indigenous people aged 80+.
Seniors can book their appointments by calling 1-833-348-4787.
The entire adult population of Quadra Island will be eligible for vaccinations at a yet to be confirmed date in April
Vaccinations on Read Island
Read Island is on the list of remote communities that will receive whole community vaccinations.
Vaccinations on Cortes Island
As Cortes Island is more remote, whole community vaccinations will be carried out at Gorge Hall, on March 25th, 26th and the 27th.

Vaccinations in Powell River
In Powell River, indigenous people 55 years or older and non-Indigenous people 70+ can book a COVID 19 vaccination by calling 1- 877-587-5767.
