UPDATE: Revelstoke RCMP say man meant no harm by offering child a ride

Revelstoke RCMP say the man who offered a 12-year old girl a ride to school Wednesday morning meant no harm.

Police said in a press release Thursday the man went into the station Wednesday afternoon to identify himself. He apologized for his actions and poor judgement.
