The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack fund celebrates Indigenous history month

The DWF is hosting four virtual events during the month of June, the events will raise awareness about the true impact of Canada’s residential schools.

 

The Surrey art gallery is featuring an interactive shadow exhibit highlighting the Syrian refugee crisis

Mere Phantoms: Shadows Without Borders is the installation by Maya Ersan and Jaimie Robson created in 2018. 

 

The Fraser Valley Music Awards are back

Returning for its 7th year, the FVMA’s have another $10,170 to give away along with awards.
