Marty Horswill can be remembered for many things. The born-and-raised Nelsonite was known to many for founding a municipal political party, helping start community charitable organizations and his love of music.

Horswill passed away on November 9, 2020 at 76 years old. Former colleague and long-time friend Donna MacDonald shared her memories of Marty, and the impact he's had on the community he loved.
