At the River Cree Resort and Casino, the Confederacy of Treaty Six First Nations signed an agreement that will form a new economic alliance.

At the podium was Neal Mills, Project Manager of the Confederacy of Treaty Six First Nations, and Grand Chief George Arcand Jr., who both gave words on today's announcement. The plan for the agreement is to create access to large-scale investment projects for all the nations to work on collectively.

Mills says that the plan has been in the works for a really long time, and all parties are excited to finally get it done.
