The past week was a big one for rookie Nelson-Creston MLA Brittny Anderson.

Anderson was a city councillor here in Nelson until she was tapped to replace veteran MLA Michelle Mungall, winning last fall’s provincial election.

This past week, she made her first visit to the province’s capital to see her new office, team and boss. Anderson said it was quite a trip.
