The lives of many Canadians have been flipped upside down since March, and after seeing a slight reprieve in the summer months, it appears as though we are in some ways back at square one as many provinces are tightening COVID-19 restrictions and returning to some form of lockdown. In the following interview with the Prince George branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Education and Project manager Mary Lu Spagrud discusses some ways to stay on top of taking care of your mental well-being as we settle into these stricter restrictions in British Columbia.

This interview was conducted prior to the official release of new restrictions in the province of British Columbia, but rather in anticipation of. As Spagrud states in the interview, it is important to remember that this too shall pass, and to take necessary measures to ensure our own health and well-being throughout these difficult times.
