Sackville and area housing is a not for profit group that grew out of a group of concerned citizens back in the 80s. Lewis Estabrooks joined the group in 1996, and over the years has helped maintain and manage two duplexes in Sackville with four affordable units that are subsidized through NB Housing. CHMA paid a visit to Lewis Estabrooks late last week to ask him about his time with Sackville and Area Housing, which continues to this day. The 87-year-old is the vice president of the group, working with current president Alf Walker.
