The Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) is launching a survey in conjunction with the Greater Victoria Local Immigration Partnership (GVLIP) to hear from locals on experiences of racism.

The survey, which will be open until Nov. 11, addressing personal experiences of racism as well as bystander perspectives on systemic racism. The goal of the survey is for the ICA — a non-profit society dedicated to offering services for immigrant and refugees — to develop strategies to improve support for marginalized groups of people.
