The Club Richelieu des Îles Christmas basket collection is an activity that has been supported by the Magdalen Islands community for many years. The uncertainty and constraints related to the current pandemic has led the organization to look for an alternative solution in order to continue helping families in 2020.

Every year, Club Richelieu des Îles, in collaboration with Entraide Communautaire des Îles, collects food that is distributed to families in need through its traditional Christmas baskets.

This year, due to the pandemic, this food collection is being transformed into a fundraiser. The funds raised will be given to Entraide Communautaire des Îles to offer Christmas baskets in the form of vouchers to food supermarkets.

Donations can be made via their secure website at https://bit.ly/2Ig814a

If you would like to have your name added to the list, or if you need further help, please contact the Entraide Communautaire des Îles at 418-986-3240.
