Cannabis dispensary Tribe Cannabis located at 2023 Chiefswood Rd. just outside Ohsweken was broken into on Sunday Dec 3rd at 6:45 am.

CKRZ News journalist spoke with owner of Tribe Cannabis Derek Doolittle.  He said, "As a dispensary owner I was skeptical that the police would even respond to me. But I guess once you make a report they’re obligated to follow up regardless. The question is if they will actually do anything to help the situation at all.'

He followed up with recommendations for other small businesses, saying that small businesses should have 24 hour cameras. He continued,  "I would always recommend that a shop has at least 2 or 3 employees on duty all the time as a deterrent to would be thieves. Depending on the nature of the business and what kind of valuables you have stored inside should determine if you should have overnight security as well".
