Stress and anxiety have been rampant among any and all Canadians (and everyone else in the world for that matter), but frontline workers have experienced higher-than-normal stress levels on the job and also when they leave the job.

Nurses have reported new fears and anxieties regarding exposing their family members to the COVID-19 virus when they come home, which has led to more isolation as well as displacement if they have contracted the virus.

Christine Sorensen is the President of the BC Nurses' Union and Pamela spoke with her about the study that was released in September and what results the union would like to see from this new information.
