Artists Sarah Harmer and Annelise Noronha take the stage for Base31’s inaugural concert

Base31 hosted artists Annelise Noronha and Sarah Harmer for its inaugural concert at the Drill Hall on Friday, July 22.

Picton resident Penny (of Penny’s Pantry) was quite excited for the show at the former military base, and had many welcoming words for Harmer.
