Initially scheduled for mid-January, CTMA Ferry will launch its new online reservation system on Feb. 2 in preparation for the summer season.

The current system experienced significant failures last spring due to the volume of calls and numerous reservation requests from the cooperative's website.

The new software will also be adjusted to the passenger capacity of the vessel Villa de Teror, which will operate the crossing between (between Prince Edward Island and the Madelinot archipelago) as of June.

According to information previously provided by CTMA, it will now be possible to change the reservation dates online.
