The Tantramar Affordable Housing Initiative is a newly formed group that's banded together in search of long and short term solutions to the growing housing crisis in Sackville.

On Monday night, the group presented for the first time to Sackville town council at their monthly discussion meeting, giving testimony and sharing what they've learned about the state of housing precarity that many Sackvillians find themselves in. The group asked for help from council, but discussions centred around long term solutions.
