In this feature on solutions to the housing shortage in Sackville, CHMA talks with Alice Cotton, a resident who started a local Facebook group to tackle the solutions to increasing rents and low vacancy rates. And we take a tour of the Marshwinds Housing Co-op which has provided affordable homes for 20 households for over three decades now.

Finally, we hear a bit more about how the co-op functions from longtime member and president Bill Burrows.
