Celebrating 41 years, the International Children\u2019s Festival of the Arts has returned to an in-person event after two years of the pandemic from June 2-5.<\/p>\n

Andrea Gammon, festival coordinator for the event, talks about the kickoff in front of St. Albert Place.<\/p>\n

With the event returning to an in person setting from a virtual environment the last two years, Gammon says it\u2019s incredible to see the children smiling and enjoying the event once again.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s lots in store for this year\u2019s festival, Gammon says there\u2019s performances by Ivan Flett Memorial dancers. The performances include M\u00e9tis Red River Jiggers who incorporate modern hip hop, along with other performers and plenty of activities for all children to choose from.<\/p>\n
