Lynn Perrin, an environmental activist shared with CIVL some regrettable news regarding the change in the Fraser Valley. Perrin says, \u201c the letter that our environmental engineer had sent to a number of decisions makers has not had any impact yet\u201d. She goes on to name a construction company responsible for building a 900-foot tunnel in the west creek when they were only supposed to build a 100-foot tunnel.
