I am grateful for their amazing efforts and exceptional contributions to\u00a0UNBC\u2019s mission and inspiring our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Among the reasons the judges selected\u00a0UNBC\u00a0for the recognition are the lifelong educational opportunities, including tuition waivers and tuition subsidies as well as in-house learning programs. They also singled out\u00a0UNBC\u2019s maternity and parental leave salary top-up plans as well as the on-site childcare centre for working parents.\u00a0UNBC\u00a0employees also have access to the Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre as well as the many trails around campus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">UNBC\u00a0is judged on its physical workplace; work atmosphere and social environment; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
