Then we move on to the province\u2019s plan to amalgamate Sackville, Dorchester and surrounding areas and find out what Butcher and Black think of the reform plan. We also talk heritage buildings and regulations, in light of the demolition this week of a 120-year-old building in the heart of downtown Sackville.
