The campaign, which started in 1991, begins on UN Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and ends on the anniversary of the \u00c9cole Polytechnique massacre.<\/p>\n<p>In the Pontiac, workers from local women\u2019s shelter L\u2019EntourElle handed out ribbons at busy intersections throughout the region.
