She describes, \u201cmore severe forest fire seasons...and this causes a lot of problems for people that already have breathing difficulties,...and COPD, which <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It also can exacerbate heart problems.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But Dr. Brown refuses to give up. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt\u2019s not <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">too late.
