Tracy Van Kalsbeek, executive director of the UWBIA, speaks about bringing people back to uptown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Events are vital in the country's economic recovery and the mental wellness of countless community members. But is there hesitancy in going back to normal with events?
