During this global pandemic, stress levels in our communities has risen. Many individuals in the community that are already struggling with their mental health are now having a hard time coping with the added stress and anxiety.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On this episode of CKMS News, community member Kelly Maeve, who is diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), discusses how the pandemic has affected her mental health.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kelly also speaks about some of the strategies she has employed as the pandemic has progressed.<\/span><\/p>\n
