Meanwhile, FOCT and the Kensington Tenant Network have held zoom rooms that run alongside the city\u2019s community consultations on WebEx. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CIJU2E9gPqa\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FOCT has been mobilizing<\/a> around the proposed 13-storey building at 315-325 Spadina Ave. And not far from FOCT, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CKIM6a-gmzn\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kensington Tenant Network has been mobilizing<\/a> around the proposed 13-storey building at 419-431 College St.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Progress Toronto\u2019s watch parties were somewhat inspired by running a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netflixparty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Netflix party<\/a> for Knock Down the House. In the early days of the pandemic, it was a good lesson on the power of chat rooms, creating <\/span>a domino effect where Progress Toronto\u2019s Zoom rooms inspired FOCT.
