{"id":43707,"date":"2021-03-04T15:56:38","date_gmt":"2021-03-04T20:56:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/?p=43707"},"modified":"2021-03-04T15:56:38","modified_gmt":"2021-03-04T20:56:38","slug":"grannie-d-teaches-families-heirloom-recipes-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/en\/grannie-d-teaches-families-heirloom-recipes-online\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cGrannie D\u201d teaches families heirloom recipes online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Deanna Cadman is a grandmother and great-grandmother who loves to cook and bake with the little ones in her family.<\/p>\n<p>She says that since her children and their children were young, they were right next to her baking holiday treats.<\/p>\n<p>Her tried and true recipes are now available online, on her Facebook video series \u201cGrannie D\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cadman says she started her online cooking classes to connect with her grandkids, and families all over, with food.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[The classes] would help parents and kids with some basic baking things that I\u2019ve heard over the years,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>One of her videos features her homemade biscuits, which she says were very popular with her fans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019re made with 7-Up. There\u2019s no sugar and milk in them.
