The owners of the indie nightlife venue say the threat of fines from repeated noise complaints played a major role in their decision.<\/p>\n<p>Their closure comes soon after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Cz35fGorgyu\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbo Ha\u00fcs took to social media<\/a> to share their own struggles with noise complaints.
