While the number is trivial, most of us probably haven\u2019t even seen one of those eight people, the trajectory is not. The most current report displays\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cortescurrents.ca\/campbell-river-health-area-is-relatively-covid-free\/\">data to the end of September<\/a>, at which point there were not any new cases since July. We know that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cortescurrents.ca\/north-vancouver-island-continues-to-remain-relatively-covid-free\/\">at least two people in Campbell River<\/a>, itself, caught the virus since then. The statistics up until the end of October should be released this week.<\/p>\n<h2>Vancouver Island<\/h2>\n<p>There is no cause for panic.
