Dec. 2, but it announced today in a post on its website that it's postponed due to \"unseasonably low snowfall in November.\"<\/p>\n<p>The resort is now projecting to open on December 9. The resort's latest snow report shows it has a base of 54 cm, and that 160 cm have fallen this season.<\/p>\n<p>RMR says that its operations team is monitoring conditions daily. There is snow in the forecast for the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Stoke FM is trying to find out if opening day has ever been delayed before, and how much snow is required to safely open.
