RCMP received a report of the crash at 8 o'clock yesterday morning. Cpl Jolene Garland says an ATV traveling along the side of the TCH, behind the guard rail, rolled down over an embankment.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The operator of the ATV was uninjured and the passenger, a 57-year-old man, died at the scene. Both individuals were working at the time of the crash. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Garland says the investigation is continuing with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and Provincial Occupational Health and Safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cpl Garland says lanes are reduced in collision areas to give investigators a chance to do their job.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Listen to CKVB's story below.
