{"id":121060,"date":"2022-10-12T20:49:53","date_gmt":"2022-10-13T00:49:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/?p=121060"},"modified":"2022-10-12T20:49:53","modified_gmt":"2022-10-13T00:49:53","slug":"cortes-island-museum-hosting-save-the-bees-event-in-heritage-garden","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/en\/cortes-island-museum-hosting-save-the-bees-event-in-heritage-garden\/","title":{"rendered":"Cortes Island Museum hosting &#8216;Save the Bees&#8217; event in Heritage Garden"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Cortes Island Museum and Archives Society is continuing its programming for the fall with an event featuring bees.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This Sunday, the museum is hosting \u201cSave the Bees: Storytelling with Jane Newman.\u201d The event is a compliment to the longer term exhibit, \"Listen to the Bees.\" Newman is the former museum director and co-curated the exhibit which opened in May 2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The bee enthusiast notes that the exhibit is likely to close before summer 2023.
