In 2015, Norton was awarded The Special Olympics North America Coach of The Year. Norton's sports background is the fuel for developing the necessary infrastructure in the city to promote health and well-being, he said. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a recent interview with CIVL, Norton spoke about some significant issues affecting the City of Abbotsford.
