Kate MacNaughton for the sake of fostering an \u201cinclusive community where people of all abilities can participate,\u201d in accordance with provincial accessibility regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Definitions for guide dogs, service animal, and support animals are to be included in the dog licensing bylaw in order to help clarify the rights and responsibilities of those aided by these animals.
