Ontario counterpart Doug Ford on Monday for discussions on health care.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The meeting came just days after the Ontario government released the second part of its so-called \u201cPlan to Stay Open\u201d for the healthcare system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">That document says Ontario will increase surgeries in \"existing private clinics\u201d covered by public health insurance. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But critics say that kind of privatization poses a threat to the public health system.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>CHMA attended the media conference and reached out to critics for their responses.<\/p>\n<!--[if lt IE travelling to Moncton or Amherst for emergency services.<\/p>\n<p>Raven Gauthier is among the Sackville-area residents that have turned to out-of-town hospitals because of closures at the Sackville
