Fry says the new development will be geared towards seniors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s right at the little waterfall, that dam, so it\u2019s just a gorgeous location. We think it will be a big seller,\u201d said Fry. \u201cMy whole background is sales and business development, so we\u2019ll put a package together that I think will be really appealing to a lot of locals and maybe even draw some people in from out of town to help drive the economy a little bit.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_110867\" style=\"width: 226px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-110867\" class=\"wp-image-110867 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/Eric-Fry.jpg\" alt=\"A headshot of a smiling man. Photo contributed by Eric Fry.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Fry says this is not an affordable housing project with rent expected to land in the range of $1,700 to $1,800 per month. He anticipates seniors looking downsize from a family home into something smaller and more manageable will be very interested in the development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThose folks that are in the local area whether it be Milton or Liverpool that own their homes and they just don\u2019t really have anywhere to go, they don\u2019t want to go all the way to Bridgewater,\u201d said Fry. \u201cThey want a place to settle into but a nice, two-bedroom, well-appointed place.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fry hasn\u2019t ruled out the possibility of building affordable housing in the future.
