But I know, for example, in the normal workplace, you couldn't suspend somebody and then still expect them to work, which is what they've done.\"<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Alder launched the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gofundme.com\/f\/sackville-councillor-bruce-phinney\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GoFundMe<\/a> after<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> town council voted to sanction Phinney earlier this month over code of conduct violations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reprimand includes a two-month suspension of Coun.
