Pro Cycle<\/a> held their annual<\/span> Show-n-shine event on Thursday where a few top riders were signing autographs ahead of this weekend\u2019s<\/span> third round of the Canadian Superbike Championship (CSBK)<\/a>, which is returning to the east coast for the first time in three years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Riders present and signing autographs at the event included last year\u2019s first-place winner Pro Superbike racer Alex Duma, and Pro Superbike racer Trevor Daley<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Last year, Dumas made history when he became the youngest <\/span>champion in the Pro Superbike class of the Canadian Superbike Championship with a clean sweep at Calabogie Motorsports Park<\/a> in Ontario, the longest motorcycle track in Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Last year, I won the championship in superbike, I've been racing for about seven years. It's my first time here in the east of Canada, so I'm excited. It's a new track for me, and it's going to be pretty fun,\" Dumas said.<\/p>\n

For the competition, Dumas will be riding on his Suzuki GSX R1000 which he has been racing on for about three years.<\/p>\n

The race this weekend marks Trevor Daley's ten-year mark of competing in the Canadian Superbike series.<\/p>\n

\"It's great to be back here. It's been three years and to see the enthusiasm that everyone has out here in Halifax is just awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing a great crowd this weekend,\" Daley said.<\/p>\n

Daley also owns a motorcycle custom fabrication shop<\/a>.<\/p>\n
