Things will get underway at the Shawville Fairgrounds from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Parent\u2019s Voice President Alina Holmes explained that the group hosted their first such event back in 2016 and it was a tremendous success, attracting more than 400 people to come check out the big rigs and heavy equipment. Children will have a chance to climb on the vehicles, toot the horn and learn about how they\u2019re used.<\/p>\n<!--[if lt IE 9]><script>document.createElement('audio');<\/script><![endif]-->\n<audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-106563-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Clip-Alina-Holmes-touch-a-truck.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Clip-Alina-Holmes-touch-a-truck.mp3\">https:\/\/canada-info.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Clip-Alina-Holmes-touch-a-truck.mp3<\/a><\/audio>\n<p>Admittance to the event is free of charge thanks to community sponsors, but donations are accepted.
